There are just a handful of privately owned theatre's left in our province, we are proud to be one of the very few privately owned theatre's. You'll feel the difference when you come through the doors... it's more than a movie theatre it's a night out to remember.

We spent almost three years renovating the theatre and finally opened in July 2008. The renovations and the re-opening of the theatre would not have been possible without the help and hard work of many local folks. Tammy Joyal designed and decorated the lobby and really did a fabulous job of recreating a setting from years gone by. From the purple velvet curtains to the red leather stools, Tammy brought it all together to give us a feeling of walking into a time long past. There are many other locals that had a hand in getting this theatre up and running . there are just too many good people involved to list them all. This theatre is in the absolute best small town in Saskatchewan, Rockglen , and it's citizens are the reason we were able to succeed in this huge under taking.It has been almost a year now and we are very happy running the theatre.  Please check the History page, which is still being created, I will be putting lots of before and after pictures of the renovations.
